Mindfulness On The Go
Is on a short break
Join us again in September
Greetings all
Mindful Medicine has loved to host these Mindfulness On The Go gatherings and looks forward to continuing them again in the near future!
We will be taking a short break from hosting these Wednesday night events starting May 7th, 2025. We will be back September 3rd, 2025.
As an organization created and run by healthcare providers, for healthcare providers, we understand the need for community and a safe space to process and grow in our personal lives as much as we do in our careers. We remain dedicated to supporting the healthcare community in this way!
May the spring and early summer light be a boon to your daily life and we will see you all again in September
Best wishes
The Mindful Medicine Team
Weekly Gathering Overview

Mindful Medicine on the Go is a weekly virtual gathering designed for all healthcare providers and mental health professionals.
Each week our facilitators introduce weekly mindfulness exercises specially tailored to the busy life of a clinician. These exercises can be done anywhere, and can add the spice of curiosity, investigation, and discovery into every “ordinary” day.
These are held each Wednesday evening from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. (PST)
Join our mailing list to gain access to each week’s virtual link (through Zoom) or click the link below to join the meeting directly!
Mindful Medicine members attend for free! Become a member today!
Recommended donation for non-members is $15 – $25 per class. Donate here.
